Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, builder gel, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to provide innovative services
- Upsell retail products like treatments and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Follow all health regulations related to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and cosmetology standards
- Build strong relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel application, natural nail maintenance
- Pedicure techniques that include callus removal, cuticle care, proper nail trimming, and foot care product knowledge
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatment options
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols, disinfection procedures, and safety standards in a salon setting
