Full Job Description

This position is within the core engineering team at ExtraView Corporation. The successful applicant will join an experienced team of highly motivated, professional software engineers who create and maintain the core ExtraView platform. The successful applicant will focus on areas such as SQL reporting and the Java back end of the platform

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related degree. Equivalent industry experience may be considered

Experience

10 years of experience as a Software Engineer

Requirements

Key skills are application development utilizing Java, SQL, and HTML

Additional relevant experience includes JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, DHTML, JSON and XML

Software environments such as Apache, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, IIS, Unix/Linux development environments, Microsoft Windows, Web servers, J2EE servlets

Experience in database design and architecting 3-tier solutions is a plus

Use of IDE's such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
