As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing schedules and appointments to keep the team organized.
- Handling essential administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Supporting inventory management and supply orders.
- Assisting with communication between team members and external vendors.
- Providing occasional hands-on support in the restaurant, including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish-speaking skills (preferred but not required).
- A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
