Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of mechanical contracting projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving project success through proactive leadership and problem-solving.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams for seamless execution.
- Serve as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and field supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports.
- Work with the Project Coordinator to create and maintain a detailed log of all required submittals (e.g., shop drawings, product data, samples).
- Purchase Orders
- Work with lead estimators and account managers to properly write purchase orders to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Distribute pertinent job information to field foreman
- Work closely with warehouse staff regarding shipment and delivery information
- Work closely with BIM department on sequencing and flow of information. (BOM’s, Drawings, Trimble Layout, Fabrication Plan.)

Requirements:
- Proficiency in M365 required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
