About the Position
We are seeking a nurturing, dependable, and experienced Live-In Nanny to provide dedicated care for infant twin boys, approximately 2.5 months old, in a private family home in Los Angeles.
This is a live-in position requiring someone who is comfortable caring for two young infants simultaneously and providing overnight care. The nanny will live in the family's home Monday through Friday and provide consistent support with the twins' daily and nighttime routines.
The family is seeking someone who can commit to the position for at least 3 months or longer, depending on their ongoing needs. Part-time weekend assistance, including overnight care, will also be needed as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Provide loving, attentive, and nurturing care for infant twins
- Feeding, burping, diapering, bathing, and dressing
- Prepare, clean, and sanitize bottles and feeding supplies
- Follow and maintain established feeding and sleeping routines
- Provide overnight care and respond to the babies' needs
- Assist with establishing healthy infant routines
- Perform baby laundry and other child-related household tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursery and infant areas
- Provide age-appropriate interaction and developmental activities
- Monitor the twins' safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Communicate regularly with the parents regarding feeding, sleep, routines, and any concerns
- Provide part-time weekend and overnight support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous professional nanny experience required
- Strong newborn and infant-care experience required
- Experience caring for twins or multiples strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable caring for two infants simultaneously
- Must be comfortable with a live-in arrangement
- Must be comfortable providing overnight infant care
- Must be able to commit to the position for at least 3 months or longer
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
