Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Location: Boone, IA 50036
Job Type: Contract - 13 Weeks
Job Duties:
- Provided direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and reporting changes in condition.
- Administered prescribed medications and treatments accurately while monitoring for adverse reactions and maintaining medication records.
- Maintained accurate documentation of resident assessments, care provided, and treatment outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Supervised and delegated tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring quality resident care and compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborated with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans while promoting resident safety and well-being.
Job Requirements:
- Active BLS- AHA Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC/SNF) experience.
- LPN License IA state
- Looking for candidate who can travel to Carroll, IA location.
