At FunVille, we're all about creating joyful experiences for kids and families. We're currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Team. As part of our dynamic crew, you'll play a key role in making sure every visit to our playground and café is filled with fun and laughter.
General Duties:
As a member of our Floor Staff, you'll be right in the heart of the action, supporting our management team in the daily operations of our playground. This means you'll have the chance to engage with guests at the front desk, supervise play areas and attractions, host birthday parties, and ensure everyone is having a fantastic time. We'll rely on you to follow our facility's policies and procedures, and to be receptive to guidance from our management team.
Specific Tasks/Duties:
As part of the Floor Staff, you'll dive into various tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll start by familiarizing yourself with our FunVille Policies & Procedures Manual, ensuring you're equipped to deliver top-notch service. Here are some of the things you'll be doing:
Customer Service:
Put on your best smile and greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
Make sure to thank each guest for choosing FunVille for their fun-filled day.
Go above and beyond to help guests have a memorable experience.
If any concerns arise, don't worry! Just pass them along to our management team for resolution.
Scheduled Shift Work:
Arrive promptly for your scheduled shifts, ready to dive into the excitement.
Keep track of your work hours diligently, using our timekeeping system.
Stay active and engaged during your shift, ensuring guests are well taken care of.
While on duty, let's keep the focus on our guests – save the personal chats for after work.
Keep those phones tucked away during work hours, so we can give our full attention to our guests.
Work Environment:
While we do require on-site presence for this role, we guarantee you'll be immersed in an environment filled with laughter, excitement, and endless opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our guests.
