- Our licensed Turf Route Managers earn between $49,000-$67,000 per year plus extensive benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, insect, disease & specialty turf treatments
- Diagnose lawn issues and educate clients
- Build relationships with clients — your route is YOUR business inside our business
- Recommend services customers actually need (no hard selling)
- Maintain equipment, truck, materials, and documentation
- Represent Complete Lawn Care with professionalism and pride
- We also install Christmas lights in late fall. Higher percentage production paid to those capable in light division.
What We’re Looking For
- Build Relationships with clients
- We are looking for candidates who are focused on the Client experience
- Turf experience preferred, but work ethic beats résumé
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain Oklahoma Turf & Ornamental License (we help with this)
- Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons.
- Dependable, professional, and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable communicating with clients
