Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and proactive Personal Injury Plaintiff Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients pursuing claims related to bodily injuries caused by accidents or negligence. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth case progression from initial intake through settlement. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury plaintiff cases, ensuring timely progression and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage cases from Intake to Settlement.
- Conduct thorough client interviews to gather detailed case information, medical records, and relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files utilizing legal case managment system, Smokeball.
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and expert witnesses to facilitate case development.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury law case management.
- Must speak English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, and document review processes.
- Outstanding phone etiquette for client interactions.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
