Description:
- Responsible for the movement, organization, and tracking of materials from inventory to the production floor using both inventory systems and manual processes.
- This role ensures accurate and timely material flow to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare materials based on production and work orders
- Stage materials for production in designated areas
- Perform inventory transactions accurately within computer systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and stock materials as needed
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or related environment
- Basic understanding of inventory control processes
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment & Supervision
- Works under direct supervision and follows clearly defined guidelines
- Routine tasks with limited need for independent judgment
- Reports directly to a supervisor or manager
Physical Requirements & Conditions
- Regular lifting of 10–15 lbs with minimal repetition
- Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, or other workplace hazards
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform basic material handling tasks throughout the shift
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
