Youth Sports Coach
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 10 hours per week)
Location: Multiple locations throughout the Orlando area
About the Position
We're looking for energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic Youth Sports Coaches who are passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, leading groups of kids, and creating a fun, encouraging environment where children can build confidence, develop athletic skills, and have fun.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging youth sports and fitness activities for elementary-aged children
- Create a safe, positive, and energetic environment
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect
- Effectively manage groups of children while maintaining a fun atmosphere
- Arrive on time and prepared for each class
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with students, parents, and school staff
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience working with children is required, including experience in areas such as:
- Coaching youth sports
- Teaching
- Childcare
- After-school programs
- Summer camps
- Tutoring
- Mentoring
- Or similar experience working with children
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Energetic, dependable, professional, and punctual
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Comfortable leading and engaging groups of children
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
