Overview

Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost management strategies.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and seamless project progression.
- Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to verify accuracy and feasibility before implementation.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or BlueBeam for daily reporting, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Lead project meetings to review progress, resolve issues promptly, and motivate teams toward successful project delivery.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices.
- Manage project schedules by coordinating construction sequencing and resource allocation effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam Revu for digital plan review and markup.
- Hands-on construction site experience coupled with knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
- Expertise in construction estimating, schedule coordination, cost management, and contract administration.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately for project execution.
- Demonstrated success managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance including environmental standards and building codes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Pay: $88,077.44 - $106,071.75 per year
