Dance Teacher Overview
We’re looking for upbeat, passionate Dance Teachers who love working with kids and helping them grow through dance. This role is all about creating fun, engaging classes while building confidence, technique, and a love for movement in every dancer.
We are specifically looking for teachers for our ballet program (ages 6+) for intermediate and advanced levels.
What You’ll Do
- Teach ballet technique classes with a focus on strong technique and positive energy
- Create age-appropriate lesson plans for all levels
- Build a supportive, inclusive classroom where every dancer feels seen and encouraged
- Help dancers grow with consistent feedback and encouragement
- Keep classes running smoothly with strong classroom management
- Work with our team on choreography, curriculum, and performances
- Help prepare dancers for showcases and events
- Track attendance and basic progress
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive Dance Training
- Experience working/teaching kids and teens in dance
- Strong communication skills with dancers and parents
- A positive, team-player attitude
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels
- Experience with younger dancers is a plus
