At Tender Care PPEC, our Drivers help medically fragile children get safely to and from a place where they are cared for, supported, and celebrated every day. This isn’t just a driving job - it’s a role where reliability, kindness, and patience make a real difference for families.

What You’ll Do
Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant
- Safely transport pediatric patients to and from the PPEC center
- Assist with secure loading/unloading of wheelchairs and medical equipment
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining clear communication with staff
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness
- Provide a calm, friendly, and reassuring presence for children and caregivers
Schedule Perks
- Consistent routes (no late nights or rideshare chaos)
- Split Shifts Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- No nights. No Sundays.

What You Need:
- Active & Unrestricted Driver License
- Clean MVR of last 5 years
- Previous experience driving professionally (medical transport, school bus, childcare transport, etc.)
- Clear & Active DOT Physical
- AHA CPR + First Aid certification prior to start
- Level 2 Background Screening clearance: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
- A calm, patient, and compassionate approach with children who have developmental or behavioral needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting
