Duties
· Sales and Related Activities
· Greet the customers warmly and assist them with product selections.
· Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience; develop and maintain customer relationships.
· Upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales and to exceed the oval store goals.
· Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cashiering and cash handling
· Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and taking stock.
· Assist with supervising store activities when needed, ensuring smooth operations
· Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
· Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times
Skills
· Customer service excellence with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills
· Upselling techniques to promote products effectively without being pushy
· Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures
· Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
· Knowledge of retail store operations
· Ability to perform basic & retail math accurately for pricing
· Experience with merchandising and stocking
