What You’ll Do
As a vital member of our customer service team, you will:

Provide exceptional service by answering and screening patient inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care.

Resolve questions quickly and accurately, offering solutions directly whenever possible to ensure patient satisfaction.

Handle concerns with empathy, including supporting irate callers with patience, understanding, and a commitment to resolving issues.

Document all patient interactions, including actions taken and outcomes.

Schedule, cancel, and update physician appointments using our computer system, including notifying patients of any changes.

Coordinate transportation services for patients who need support getting to appointments.

Communicate with medical centers, departments, and offices to gather necessary patient information.

Connect potential new members to the Marketing Agency and maintain accurate prospect records.

Take and route messages for physicians and support departments.

Update patient personal information to ensure accurate records.

Conduct outbound appointment confirmation calls to help patients stay on track with their care.
