Role Overview
We are seeking a NetSuite Consultant with a strong background in Accounting, Financials, and Payment Processing. In this role, you will work within our consulting and SuiteApp ecosystem to optimize clients' financial operations. You will act as the bridge between accounting strategy and system execution, ensuring core financials run flawlessly while seamlessly deploying automated payment processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Configuration: Optimize and customize client NetSuite Financials modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, multi-subsidiary, and month-end close workflows).
- Payment Integration: Lead the setup of credit card, ACH, and automated bank reconciliation workflows, ensuring seamless order-to-cash processing.
- Accounting Alignment: Translate complex accounting requirements into scalable NetSuite workflows, automated billing schedules, and custom financial reporting.
- Client Advisory: Lead discovery sessions, handle user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide functional training to client finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- NetSuite Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring NetSuite Financials using SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow.
- Accounting Background: Solid understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliation).
- Communication: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical system behaviors to accounting professionals.
- Certifications: NetSuite ERP Consultant or Financial User certifications are a strong plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of NetSuite Admin or Consulting with focus on Financials/Accounting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely during CST hours
