Job Information:
We are looking to fill a very part time sales associate position that would be hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday 1-3 days per week. There could be some opportunity for more days if desired. Weekend availability is required.
We have a location in Holland as well as two locations in Saugatuck, MI. We would prefer someone willing to work in both locations, but if you had a preference to one location or the other we can accommodate. We schedule further out than most as work life balance is very important to us. We are a small, close-knit team that work hard but also like to have fun! Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in clothing retail sales or customer service
- Must love fashion!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Experience:
- Experience with Virtual Merchandising in a small business setting
- Experience in social media especially with platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook
- Experience in Fashion Styling or Clienteling is preferred
- Love and knowledge of Lilly Pulitzer and other store brands preferred
