Responsibilities
- Operate washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces
- Prepare work sites by assessing surfaces, selecting appropriate cleaning methods, and setting up necessary equipment and safety barriers
- Apply environmentally friendly cleaning solutions when needed, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations
- Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and surfaces are thoroughly restored
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning filters, and reporting any repairs needed to minimize downtime
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during operations
Requirements
- Ability to operate power washers, hoses, pumps, and related tools with precision and care
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on every project
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for working within a team and interacting professionally with clients
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to high-pressure equipment use is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transporting equipment or traveling between job sites

- The typical week is between 30-35 hours. Can be more if able to do marketing after jobs are completed. As the company grows there will be more work with increased pay and hours. Are you fine with this?
- How it works.
On site job interview, may be partial day or full to try you out. Pay $17 a hour.
Next Phase
Pay will be $20 a hour for the first week of helping if you are asked to come back.
After that I will decide based on your experience what your rate will be ($20-$27) a hour.
For the next 45 days you again will be tested and trained on all our services at which then your hourly rate will be reviewed to set you final rate which can be between $25-35 a hour.
