Required Skills and Knowledge:

Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense financial management, budget execution, forecasting, and funds tracking activities within NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NSWCDD, or other major acquisition organizations.

Demonstrated experience integrating financial management, cost analysis, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and program execution metrics to support acquisition decision making and operational capability delivery.

Demonstrated experience supporting cost estimating activities, affordability analysis, “Should Cost” initiatives, spend plan development, or financial risk assessments associated with complex acquisition programs.

Demonstrated ability to analyze large financial datasets and provide data-driven recommendations supporting program affordability, resource allocation, and accelerated acquisition execution.
