About Eleve LA Studio
Eleve LA Studio is a dynamic dance, fitness, and creative space located in Inglewood, California. We offer pole dance, fitness, dance, flexibility, and specialty movement classes while providing a welcoming environment for students of all backgrounds and experience levels.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Studio Receptionist & Operations Assistant to support our daily studio operations. This position is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, events, and the fitness industry.
Position Overview
As the Studio Receptionist & Operations Assistant, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our students, instructors, and guests. You'll help create a positive studio experience while supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome and check in students and guests
- Assist with class registration and scheduling
- Answer questions regarding classes, memberships, events, and studio policies
- Respond to basic inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Studio Operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure studio spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor studio supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Assist instructors and staff as needed during classes and events
- Support studio management with administrative projects
Events & Community Engagement
- Assist with workshops, showcases, competitions, and community events
- Help with event setup, breakdown, and guest check-in
- Support student engagement and community-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic computer applications
- Customer service, hospitality, fitness, dance, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
