Job Description:
Cheney Flashing is a sheet metal and anchor fabrication business with a specialty in commercial construction products including building envelope waterproofing, masonry anchors and roofing. Cheney is a wholly owned subsidiary of US Masonry and Building Products that prides itself in taking care of its employees. We are seeking to fill a role for a full-time Sheet Metal Fabricator in our Beltsville, MD facility.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- fabrication of complex thin gauge sheet metal corners, end dams, scuppers, gutters and various profile designs
- program and operate CNC Sheet Metal Folders, Press Brake, Shears, Band Saws, Iron Workers, Soldering Irons, Various Shop Tools
- shearing and fabricating orders, maintaining orderly shop working environment
- operating forklift
- loading customer orders
- unloading delivery vehicles as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
