RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
- Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves
- Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Follow-up with customers mid-move to ensure satisfaction
- Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns or customer service issues
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous Sales or Call Center experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
- Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
- Good grammar, voice, and diction
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Able to perform basic business math
- In-office, remote not available
