Are you an experienced LPN ready to take the next step in your career? Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated LPN Medical Team Administrator to lead our nursing team at the Chesterfield County Jail. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering the perfect blend of clinical practice and team management in a structured, supportive environment.

- Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
- Coordinate daily medical operations and nursing workflow
- Assist with staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with providers and facility administration
- Promote quality improvement and continuity of care
- Mentor and support nursing staff to foster a positive team culture
- Current South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required
