Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional cleaning services and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained according to company standards.
- Handle custodial duties in offices, healthcare facilities, schools, and other commercial spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively as per guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
