Family Service of the Piedmont is seeking a licensed or associate-level Adult/Trauma-Focused Outpatient Therapist to join our Agency, a center of excellence which provides comprehensive, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed behavioral healthcare to adults that often live in underprivileged, under-resourced, and/or disadvantaged communities.

Associate-level clinicians (LCSWA, LCMHCA, or provisionally licensed therapists) are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide high-quality clinical supervision at no cost and support clinicians in working toward full licensure.
What You'll Do
As a therapist on our team, you will:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults and families
- Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed care to a diverse community
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers
- Facilitate therapeutic groups
- Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and agency standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training in evidence-based practices
- Work within a supportive team environment that prioritizes manageable caseloads and strong clinical consultation.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- North Carolina licensure or associate licensure required
- LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, or similar
- Experience providing trauma-informed therapy
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
