Ziebart Winamac — Store Manager / Tint & Film Installer
Ziebart Winamac is hiring! We are looking for an experienced, motivated automotive professional to help lead store operations while providing high-quality tint, film, detailing, and vehicle protection services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on installation skills who enjoys working with customers and a team.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory and service scheduling
- Lead sales efforts and help the team meet financial goals
- Hire, train, motivate, and lead team members
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service
- Ensure a clean, safe, organized work environment
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Tint & Film Installation
- Professionally install automotive window tint and paint protection film (PPF)
- Heat-shrink tint on rear windows
- Deliver clean, precise, high-quality installations
- Maintain Ziebart standards for workmanship and customer service
Cross-Training & Additional Services
- Cross-train in all available Ziebart services, including:
- Vehicle detailing
- Rustproofing
- RhinoLinings installation
- Other automotive protection and appearance services
Qualifications
- Automotive and/or professional detailing experience
- Experience with window tint and/or PPF installation preferred
- Ability to heat-shrink tint on rear windows
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in additional Ziebart services
Position Details
Position: Full-Time
Store Manager Pay: $30,000 annually
Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
