The Buffalo Sports Garden (BSG) is looking for an experienced individual to join our team and lead by example. We are looking for someone who has worked in the industry and can manage a staff and make sure orders are presented correctly in a timely manner. Job requirements include: ordering, scheduling, inventory control, monthly specials. The goal is to preserve and expand our clientele yet even after nearly 23 years in business locals have still never experienced the BSG.
- Lead line cook with great communication skills
- Great communication skills, ability to problem solving to resolve immediate issues
- Full time opportunity with competitive wages. 5+ years of industry experience, some managing experience
- Must be reliable/physically able to work in fast paced environment
- Supervise staff staying on task.....prepping/cooking/cleaning
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Menu flexibility.....seasonal menu ideas/concepts, soups
- Clean and maintain kitchen and equipment
- Knowledge with all aspects of our kitchen
