Are you passionate about finding great talent and building high-performing teams? We're looking for a motivated Recruiter to support hiring across four growing restaurant brands: Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Buffalo Wild Wings, Round Table Pizza, and DC Burger. In this exciting in-office role based in Arlington, VA, you'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both corporate and restaurant management positions across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
Support Multiple Restaurant Brands: Partner with hiring managers across Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Buffalo Wild Wings, Round Table Pizza, and DC Burger to attract and hire top talent.
Source Top Talent: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Initial Candidate Outreach: Review resumes, conduct candidate outreach, and complete initial phone screenings.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage Job Postings: Maintain and update job postings across multiple recruiting platforms to attract qualified applicants.
Candidate Communication: Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
Facilitate Hiring & Onboarding: Assist with offer letters, background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding activities.
Stay Organized: Track candidate pipelines, maintain recruiting metrics, and ensure hiring activity is accurately documented.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. Workstream experience is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for finding great talent.

Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- In-person position based in Arlington, VA.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
