Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Duties
- Actively pursue outside sales opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and community engagement to expand the dealership’s customer base.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer needs while maintaining professional phone etiquette during outbound sales calls.
- Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability while satisfying customer expectations.
- Manage and nurture a comprehensive sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities efficiently.
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue streams.
- Maintain detailed inventory control and management records, ensuring accurate knowledge of available stock for high-end sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract new clients through community events or digital campaigns.
- Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
