As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist with Container & Packaging, you’ll be a vital part of the team that keeps our warehouse operations running efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure our customers receive exactly what they need—quickly and reliably—by maintaining precise inventory records and supporting a fast, organized workflow.
This role goes beyond simply picking orders. It’s about staying focused, solving problems, and working alongside a team of employee-owners who take pride in doing things the right way. Our most successful team members are proactive, dependable, and always looking for ways to create value and improve our processes.
General Requirements
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness and ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, reach truck)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout an 8-hour shift
- Reliable transportation to our fulfillment center
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Schedule
- Monday – Friday; Rare, but occasional Saturdays required
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
