Reliable Car Connection in Pottstown is expanding our Pre Owned Dealership. We are looking to hire a Sales Manager immediately. Dealership Management Experience is Required for this position. Our sales process makes it a fun and easy experience for the customer. The leadership team is energetic and experienced in many facets of the automotive industry. Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of department profitability
- Strong Sales and Closing Ability
- Manage the sales process from beginning to end
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Recruit, Hire & Train Sales Staff
- Ensure Quotas are met
- Follow up with customers, set appointments, meet with clients, close deals
- Lead By Example
- Work with lenders to obtain financing
- Ensure the dealership is compliant
- Manage contracts in transit and expedite funding
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Understand and develop systems to ensure efficiency and success
- Understand CRM and other tools necessary to be successful in Automotive Retail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
