An Acrylic Form Trimmer is responsible for trimming and finishing acrylic parts that have been formed using vacuum forming processes. This role ensures that the final products meet precise specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Trimming and Cutting: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as routers, and snips to trim excess material from formed acrylic parts.

Finishing: Perform sanding, deburring, and polishing to achieve smooth edges and surfaces.

Inspection: Examine parts for defects and ensure they meet dimensional and quality specifications.

Documentation: Record production data and maintain accurate records of completed work.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on trimming equipment and tools.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using trimming tools and handheld equipment.
