Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement curriculum plans that support childhood development and align with best practices in early education.
- Supervise and mentor teaching staff, ensuring high-quality instruction, classroom management, and adherence to educational regulations.
- Oversee daily center operations, including enrollment processes, parent communications, and staff scheduling.
- Manage budgets effectively by planning expenditures, monitoring financial reports, and ensuring responsible resource allocation.
- Ensure the center complies with all licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and legal regulations related to early childhood education.
- Maintain detailed records of program activities, staff performance, student progress, and regulatory compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience in school or child care administration with a focus on early childhood education of at least 5 years
- Demonstrated management skills including supervising staff, managing budgets as an education administrator, and leading teams effectively.
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
