What You'll Do
Build Relationships: Network, stay involved in the community, and grow a business built on trust.
Show & Sell Homes: Locate, tour, and show properties. Help buyers find the right home and sellers get the right price.
Negotiate & Close: Negotiate deals, complete contracts, and manage every step of the transaction through sale.
Market & Grow: Market listings through social and direct channels. Stay sharp with continued training and education.

What We're Looking For
No experience necessary: We hire for attitude and train for skill. Your background doesn't matter — your drive does.
Must be 18 or older: And able to obtain your Indiana real estate broker license.
Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing: Our online course through RECP lets you do it at your own pace before you join.
Be coachable: The agents who grow fastest at Scheetz are the ones who show up, ask questions, and follow the system.
