What you’ll do
- Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, delivering exceptional quality, an outstanding client experience, and projects that stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed while proactively resolving challenges and managing change orders.
- Oversee daily field operations, conducting jobsite inspections, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and verifying work meets plans and building codes.
- Manage project financials and documentation, including schedules, job costs, material procurement, forecasting, and Buildertrend updates.
- Provide hands-on leadership, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a culture of craftsmanship, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- 5 + years of Project management experience (commercial or residential)
- Thorough understanding of construction principles
- Able to read plans and adhere to construction code and guidelines
- Knowledgeable in construction software such as BuilderTrend (or similar)
- Tech Savvy with a desire to learn and utilize AI
Compensation
- $85,000+ starting base salary DOE
- Yearly job Performance Bonuses of 1% company GP (potential earnings of up to $15k)
- Simple IRA Match: 3% of contributions
- Vacation: 10 Days
- Holidays: 6 Days

- Work vehicle and tools provided with potential to become take home vehicle after 120 days
