DW Security is seeking a full-time Alarm Installation Technician to join our growing Family. Entry-Level to Experienced is desired and all will be considered.
Qualification Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components.
- General computer knowledge.
- Valid license with a clean driving record.
- Clear Background check.
- Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools.
- Safety minded.
- Troubleshooting methodologies.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds and carry ladders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation of Alarm systems to include Fire Alarm, Card Access, IP Video, Intrusion Systems.
- Train customers on the use of the systems.
- Connect with the office to update job status and customer information.
- Work according to Blueprints and paperwork for installation and design of Alarm Systems.
- Work with the Sales Department.
- Maintain on-site customer relationships.
- On-going training and product knowledge.
