Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote spa font services and products to new and existing clients within designated territories.

- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our spa font offerings, emphasizing their unique features.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive direct sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering upselling opportunities, and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a management or business development capacity.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce for lead generation, account management, and territory tracking.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Experience in retail or wellness-related industries is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and presentations.
