Overview: To provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient, high quality results across all phases of a construction project. The primary responsibilities of this role are to act as the central point of contact, driving project organization, clear communication, and financial accountability to ensure Will Johnson Building quality construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Competencies:
1. Three to five years’ experience in residential construction
2. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

7. Understanding of residential construction practices, materials, and methods
Computer Software Requirements:
1. Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Google
2. Familiar with residential building software
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Be responsible to know and demonstrate WJBCs core values: Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, Solutions Oriented, and Joy
2. Understand and adhere to the WJBC preconstruction, construction and post construction process as outlined on BuilderTrend.
3. Contribute to preconstruction client meetings and attend site visits as required.
4. Ensure that all pertinent construction details are shared with all teams during the preconstruction process and hand off.
5. Ensure that all permits and necessary documents are on the jobsite at all times.
6. Proactively schedule subcontractors, production staff, material deliveries, and inspections to meet deadlines
7. Collaborate with other departments regularly to overcome obvious or impending production problems and/or delays
8. Maintain a clean jobsite at all times by providing designated areas for waste disposal. Ensure that all workers are informed of these guidelines and adhere to them throughout every phase of the project.
9. Ensure the jobsite is safe, OSHA ready and the scope of work is appropriate for the persons performing the work
10. Communicate daily with the Operations Manager and clients regarding construction progress, building challenges and upcoming events via BuilderTrend Daily Logs.
11. Code job invoices in a timely manner adhering to the project budget.
12. Work to complete the project punch list within 30 days of client orientation.
13. Manage post construction warranty (1 year) and service projects ensuring clients and Operations Manager are updated regularly.
14. Attend staff meetings and training as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
