iSmash Katy is a fun, fast-paced entertainment facility featuring rage rooms, splatter rooms, and axe throwing. We are seeking dependable, energetic Front-End Retail Associates to provide excellent customer service and help deliver a safe, memorable experience for every guest.
As the face of our facility, Front-End Associates interact directly with guests, assist with check-in and check-out, explain activities and safety guidelines, and ensure smooth daily operations in coordination with Back-End staff.
This position requires weekend and evening availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers as they arrive
- Check customers in and out using POS systems
- Explain activities, pricing, and safety policies clearly to guests
- Recommend packages, promotions, and add-ons based on guest needs
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each visit
- Clean and prepare customer safety gear for use
- Restock materials and maintain a clean, organized facility
- Collaborate with Back-End staff to ensure smooth operational flow
- Assist managers during peak periods as needed
Front-End team members are scheduled to cover high-traffic periods, particularly weekends, ensuring at least one associate is always available to support guests.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Weekend and evening availability required
Preferred, but not required:
- 1+ year customer service, retail, or hospitality experience
