Responsibilities Include:
Oversee, maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility structures across all five DCs, traveling to other sites as needed.
Work with various warehouse equipment, including racking, shelving, and conveyor systems, following established repair policies and safety protocols.
Communicate and train maintenance personnel at other sites, audit schedules, inspect PM work, and ensure repair parts availability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, manage tools and equipment (inventory, storage, security), and, if authorized, purchase necessary tools and supplies.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and minor construction projects as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience with automated conveyor systems, controls, predictive/preventive maintenance, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work from elevated surfaces for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 15–60 pounds.
- Experience working around moving machinery, heavy equipment, loud noises, and in various weather conditions or confined spaces.
- Must wear proper safety equipment at all times.
