Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. This attorney will represent clients through a federal administrative process with the EEOC. We have teams in place that handle the majority of representation during the EEOC process. This will be a new position for the firm that is focused on settling, whether through mediation or informal process, the higher value pre-litigation files. This position will be most similar to a pre-litigation position at a personal injury firm. This position offers a draw and revenue based compensation with most of the compensation coming from revenue generation.
Duties
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations and mediation.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide expert advice on labor and employment law.
- Maintain detailed records of case files and client communications.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in any state.
