Automotive Parts Counterperson – Full Time
Hours: Monday–Friday - 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday - 8:00 AM-2:00PM

What You’ll Do
- Assist internal service technicians and external retail customers with parts look‑up, ordering, and fulfillment
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when identifying and sourcing OEM parts for GM vehicles
- Locate and order aftermarket parts when appropriate to meet customer needs and timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, solutions‑oriented approach
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management to keep workflow moving
- Help maintain inventory organization, stock levels, and parts returns
- Work as part of a tight‑knit, team‑oriented department that values reliability and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Prior automotive parts department experience required (OEM experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with parts catalog systems
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent weekday hours
