We are now offering a Paid PCA Training Program for individuals interested in becoming PCA certified caregivers. Qualified candidates can earn their PCA certification while being paid during training, provided certain criteria is met.*
*To be eligible for paid training, trainees must be able to travel to our Syracuse office for classes.
The PCA Training Program lasts 5 consecutive business days and prepares caregivers to provide both physical care and emotional support to clients who may need assistance due to illness, injury, surgery, aging, or disability.

Caregiver Responsibilities may include:
- Remind client to take medication
- Prepare and serve meals
- Assist the client in moving/walking
- Assist client with eating, dressing grooming & bathing
- Keep simple records
Caregiver Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- No experience necessary, just compassion!
