We are seeking an Office Manager/Chief of Staff for our Atlanta offices located in Alpharetta, Georgia. The primary focus of this role is to drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, uncover business savings, and enhance profit margins. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable, ensuring the company maintains all required documentation for seamless operations, overseeing people management and HR functions, payroll, project management, customer management, and fostering employee engagement.

- Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing to improved profit margins.
- Ensure the company maintains all necessary documentation, compliance records, and operational protocols to support uninterrupted business activities and mitigate risks.
- Establish standards and procedures for hiring and managing office staff and personnel for the CEO/President.
- Communicate policy changes to the organization.
- Analyze and optimize the company’s ongoing processes and structure to drive efficiencies, reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance overall margins.
- Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, time off management, and collaborating to address and resolve all employee concerns.
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees to foster a collaborative environment, increase operational efficiency, and improve responsiveness.
- Assist with project management, ensuring timely completion of initiatives by deadlines while identifying ways to streamline workflows and achieve cost savings.
- Oversee customer management to maintain strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and explore opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
