Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing, with hands-on experience in various plumbing tasks. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and HVAC systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform pipe threading and assembly of pipes and fittings as required.
- Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in remodeling projects by installing new fixtures and updating existing systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Lift heavy materials as needed during installation or repair tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing and HVAC principles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Experience with carpentry is beneficial for remodeling tasks.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions on construction sites.
