What You’ll Do
- Guide customers to the right motorcycle or powersports vehicle through strong listening and expert product knowledge
- Present model options, features, and value-added products and services
- Manage sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain current knowledge of inventory, accessories, financing, and promotions
- Handle phone and internet leads professionally and promptly
- Enter and manage customer and appointment data in dealership systems
- Close deals ethically, clearly, and confidently
- Attend required meetings, training, and product education
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned (This role may evolve as business needs change)

Requirements to Keep in Mind
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends (Currently open Monday–Saturday; schedules may change)
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
- Motorcycle endorsement required (Must have one or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Pay: $46,800.00 - $80,000.00 per year
