FTL Consultants is looking for a friendly and organized Client Intake Representative to help welcome new clients and guide them through the beginning of our process.
You’ll be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, gathering important information, identifying their needs, and helping create a smooth experience before connecting them with the appropriate next steps.
Your Day-to-Day
- Connect with new and prospective clients
- Gather and organize initial client information
- Ask questions to better understand individual needs
- Explain the next steps in the client process
- Answer general questions clearly and professionally
- Coordinate follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client information
- Work alongside other members of the client services team

Pay: $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
