Your Leadership Role:
- Oversee the delivery of all services, ensuring program environments are of the highest quality, to promote the greatest extent of integration into the community.
- Promote a positive, productive work environment for various adult group homes.
- Hire, train and coach Residential Managers, Assistant Managers & DSPs as you promote ACLD’s vision.
- Manage multiple budgets by keeping sound fiscal procedures in place.
- Act as liaison with our clinical team to ensure quality.
We require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years exp in human services, 1+ with ID/DD populations.
- Clean, valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Minimum 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of OPWDD systems and regulations.
