We serve handcrafted gelato from our fully electric and solar-powered trailer in Venice, California, quietly towed by a Tesla Cybertruck. One of its kind.
Our very first festival ever was Coachella.
We’re a young, vibrant, fast-growing team looking for energetic scoopers and baristas that want to be part of building something exciting from the ground up. This is an opportunity to become one of our first hires and grow alongside the brand as we expand into festivals, luxury events, celebrity caterings, brand activations, and pop-ups across Los Angeles and California.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a fun, elevated customer experience
- Scoop and serve artisanal gelato with care and attention to presentation
- Make matcha and lattes
- Help customers choose flavors and menu items
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trailer and serving area
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist during busy festival and event rushes
- Support event setup, breakdown, and restocking
- Represent the Innamorata brand with positive energy and professionalism
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, high-energy personality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and large events
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Food service, hospitality, retail, or café experience required
- Experience towing a trailer is a plus but not required
